This word came to me after planting a vegetable garden.
As you have planted, I am planting my church amid an evil generation. Just as it is difficult and painful to prune a healthy, living plant, I am pruning the church so it will grow stronger and bear much good fruit. I strip away dead things for growth.
As I water the plants with the necessary life-giving water, I will water my church with the water of My Word. It will not return void.
Just as you observe the leaves for harmful pests, I, too, will watch over my church for anything that will try to invade. It takes diligence to be a gardener. It takes love and care, for you know the fruit is promised.
My church will bear good fruit if they do not neglect my direction and loving nurturing. Just as the sun is needed for growth, the Son is needed to fulfill everything.
Let your roots in Him grow deep, to new depths you have never experienced, for I am springing up a new thing. Yes, my child, you will see new growth. You see the flowers changing into buds of fruit, so it is with my church. You also have seen new growth, new believers in Christ. They, too, need watering, nurturing and love to grow.
As I said, My church shall bear fruit for my Kingdom, stay close to the Master Gardener, and remain under His shelter from the damaging winds of change, the noisome pestilence, and predatory animals.
Watch over your plants and fruit as I watch over my elect. Do not allow unruly branches to overtake the young sprouts. Protect, shelter, and be watchful in this season.
