Highway of Holiness

“A highway shall be there, and a road, and it shall be called the Highway of Holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it, but it shall be for others.  Whoever walks the road, although a fool, shall not go astray” Isaiah 35:8

Yes, there is a highway.  The highway of holiness My children will walk on.  This highway, this narrow road, is one I call you to, but only you can choose to be on it.  The world tries to keep you off and keep you for its own.

Child, My road is a road of life.  A life you can experience My joy and peace.  As you begin your journey on this road, you are walking hand in hand with Me.

When you slow, I will be there to encourage you to continue the walk of this journey.  You will rest in Me and Me alone.

On this highway, things of the world will begin to drop off.  Things you thought were most important will now seem so trivial, as your aim has a completely different focus.  It will be to please your heavenly Father.

Allow things of this world to unhook you on this sacred journey with Me.  This highway is one of purity, one of becoming more like Me every step you take.

There will be voices of the world beckoning you to go back, to falter.  No child, keep your hand tight in the Father’s hand and close to His presence, as His great love will draw you to let go of lesser things that compete for My intimacy with you.

Each small step may seem insignificant, but O child, it is not, for each step is drawing you to transformation.  A spiritual transformation, one I desire for you.

Will you take My hand, child?

Will you trust Me on this highway of holiness as My light will begin to shine brightly and brighter through you each step you take.
